Orders will be accepted at anytime.
If you choose to embroidery for decoration, there is an upcharge and production time will increase to 14 business days.
Order are processed at the end of each business day.
Your order will be available in 3-14 business days depending on the decoration type. Items will be available for pickup or delivery upon completion. If you choose shipping, NOTE there will be a shipping fee. You will be notified once the tracking number is available.
You will receive an email once your order is ready for pickup.
If you do not receive an emailed receipt with an order number, your checkout is incomplete, and your order has not been submitted. Be sure to enter a valid email address during checkout.
A few items are available in store for sizing or there will be a size chart next to the item you have selected. You are responsible for choosing your own size.
Please note that all items are custom and once the order is placed all sales become final. Please select items carefully when ordering.

If the item ordered is unavailable, we will contact you to find a substitute. If similar order is not available within a 2-week time, you will receive a refund.
